We lead mediation training classes via on-line conference group sessions. The training is spread over four 1-hour sessions, where you will learn the history and basics of meditation, breath work, mantras and higher consciousness.

Group meditation training is delivered via live video conferences lead by the instructor. Classes are spread over 4 sessions and the times are coordinated between the group and the instructor upon receipt of full payment.

Individual meditation training is delivered via live video conferences between you and the instructor.
