How Does The Program Work?

You will be given access to the WILDFIT video series lead by Eric Edmeades. Each week there are new videos released with information that builds upon itself over the course of the program. Then a few times a week we will have a group video call to check-in with everyone, answer questions, share experiences and provide support. There is also a Private Facebook group that is set up for each challenge session where members can share stories, recipes, celebrate wins and support each other through their challenges.

So if you’ve tried every other program out there and maybe you’ve have some success, but never really achieved that ultimate goal, then WILDFIT may be for you. This is not a diet program in the traditional sense. While weight release is a definite benefit, WILDFIT is so much more about transforming your life and really digging deep to discover your WHY so that you can achieve your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
